CondomDepot Wholesale Condom Distribution can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are customs restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please verify customs regulations in your area prior to placing an international order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipments are sent via UPS from St. Petersburg, Florida. Upon completion of your order, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email within 1 business day.
International Shipping
International Shipping Rates are Estimated. You will be billed the Exact Charge for International Shipping. We will also provide you with options, rates and estimated transit times.
Returns Policy
A pre-approved Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. To request a Return Authorization, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You may return new, unused, unopened products in its original case within 30 days. A 20% Restocking Fee applies, unless your order meets the following circumstances:
• A product in your order was shipped in error, or
• If you have received a defective, or damaged product.
CondomDepot Wholesale Condom Distribution will pay for the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), inspection and processing of your return once it’s received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
